Confirming here only hides the install prompt. It is not treated as a new installation.
How installation works
The install button appears when your browser offers a native prompt (Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet on Android and desktop). On iPhone and iPad, Safari does not offer a prompt: open the app, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Firefox and some privacy browsers do not support installation at all; the apps still work in a normal tab.
Installing is optional. Dismissing the chooser does not mean the apps are installed, and installing one app does not install the others.
